Letter Encouraging People to Invite Friends to Easter Service 2013 03-06-2013
As we move rapidly towards another Easter Sunday, or as some would call it...Resurrection Sunday, I want to take a moment to encourage you to invite your friends and neighbors out to church with you.
Often, special days such as Easter, Christmas, and others are great times to give the invitation, and it's also a time people tend to be more responsive as well. Often, childhood memories of these times help them to think of some wonderful days from years ago, or, many people find themselves in more of a reflective and spiritual time due to so many messages regarding the special season around them.

Easter gives those of us in the mission field a special opportunity to share salvation with those who do not know Jesus and have no earthly idea of His Heavenly presence. To many of the people in this area Easter is only a time for candy, colored eggs and the Easter Bunny.
We are working hard to ensure that they know the rest of the story – the real story of what Easter is all about and why it is such a holy day.
