I recently caught myself resenting my husband for not having any impulses of his own to do anything around the house to help maintain or beautify our home. Before I let it get to the point of deep wallowing, I remembered to apply ho'oponopono to myself for creating this situation. Later that day, he came home and did a huge project, spending much time and energy on it. How amazing is that?
Similarly, a few days later, I caught myself resenting him for never finding time to do anything fun with us as a family (2 kids & me). I applied ho’oponopono once again, and lo and behold, out of the blue he suggested that we take a drive next Tuesday to Palouse Falls for a picnic! Obviously, Not True…
A reader wrote this about Amazingly Content.
Since this Ho’oponopono thing is so obviously not true,
I'm going to have to take advantage of your guarantee.
If it is true, then prove it by using it yourself to change
my mind about asking for this refund. See, it ain't true!
Isn’t that sweet? I smiled and cheerfully refunded his money. I didn’t try to change his mind. Amazingly enough, I am content.
But the truth is, I understand what he’s saying. Ho’oponopono, the method in the report, is obviously untrue. How could it be otherwise? When I read Dr. Len’s miraculous story, I thought, “Hmmm.”
